Our Staff
Our staff is at the backbone of what we do here at Wee Friends. We are excited to share our staff with you and tell you about their experience. Some of these staff members work in multiple COM Ministries.

Cathy Prange
Summer C.L.A.S.P. Advisor
Spending time with children is one of Miss Cathy’s favorite things. She has worked in our CLASP (Before/After care) and Summer CLASP programs since 2006 but joined Children’s Outreach Ministries in 2000 when she started at Wee Friends Preschool. She has over 23 years’ experience working with children from preschool to elementary. Besides CLASP/Summer CLASP she is one of our lead teachers for our Preschool 3-year-old class. She and her husband have 3 sons and 5 grandchildren. In her free time Miss Cathy enjoys reading and going to the beach.
Kim Newswenger
Summer C.L.A.S.P. Advisor
Kim has worked in our CLASP and Summer CLASP programs since 2008 but has been part of Children’s Outreach Ministries since 2007 when she joined Wee Friends Preschool. Kim has over 19 years’ experience working with children ages preschool to elementary. Besides working at CLASP/Summer CLASP, Kim is a lead teacher for our three-year-olds in Preschool and has been an aide for our Primary School for the last seven years. Kim is married to her husband Eric of 29 years, and has a son, a daughter, one dog and eight cats. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, going out on her boat, reading, fishing, or kayaking.
Roberta Long
Summer C.L.A.S.P. Advisor
Roberta Long has worked at CLASP/Summer CLASP since 2022. She started at Children’s Outreach Ministries in 2021 as a 3-year-old aide for Wee Friends Preschool. Roberta attends Smithville Church of God in New Providence, PA. Roberta also has nursery experience at her church, babysitting for members from her church, and is also a worship leader at her church. Roberta is also the mother of one Pug named Rudy. Roberta lives in Holtwood, PA and in her spare time she loves reading, walking, and spending time with other people's dogs.
Corinna Spade
Summer C.L.A.S.P. Advisor
Corinna has worked for our CLASP and Summer CLASP programs since 2012. She has over 27 years of experience working with children ages preschool to elementary. She started with Children’s Outreach Ministries in 2004 when she joined Wee Friends Preschool. In addition to CLASP/Summer CLASP and Preschool, Corinna is also one of the aides for our Primary Program. Corinna and her husband George have been married for 35 years and attend LCBC in Lancaster. They have two daughters and three grandchildren and enjoy family time and camping.
Eliyah Kraynak
Summer C.L.A.S.P. Advisor
​Eliyah Kraynak has been working for Children’s Outreach Ministries since 2019. She is currently pursuing her nursing degree at Widener University and will graduate in May of 2023. Her mother is the Administrator of the children’s ministries and her two younger sisters have attended Summer CLASP in the past. She lives in Peach Bottom with her three siblings, mother, and schnauzer Chase. In her free time, she loves to read, crochet, hike, and spend time with friends and family!
Carly Rose
Summer C.L.A.S.P. Advisor
Carly is our newest staff member for Summer CLASP joining us in 2023. She started with Children’s Outreach Ministries in 2022 at our Child Care. Carly went to CTC for Early Childhood and interned at Sunshine Corners for a year, then worked for them for a year before starting with us. Carly is currently attending college for Early Childhood. In her free time Carly loves to line dance, work out, go camping, go on walks and help her friend on the farm. Carly also enjoys and is available for babysitting.
Diana Quintino
Summer C.L.A.S.P. Advisor
Diana Quintino joined the Children’s Outreach Ministry team in 2022. She graduated from Solanco High School and is currently studying nursing at Widener University where she will graduate in May of 2023. She lives in Peach Bottom with her parents, siblings, niece, future nephew, 2 dogs, a couple of chickens, and 4 cats. In her spare time, you can find her scooping ice cream at Son’s Italian Ice and Ice Cream shop, fishing, hiking, and reading.
